Who sees which stores

  • Store answers cover only your own business, and only the stores you have access to.
  • Owners see every store. Admins do too, unless an owner limits them.
  • Everyone else sees the stores on their own Metrc key, or none without one, until an owner or admin chooses for them.
  • Owners and admins choose on Profile, Store access.
  • To see who has which stores, an owner or admin asks: “Who can see which stores?”

Where the answers come from

  • Store questions read your Dutchie point of sale, loaded nightly, once Budtello has connected it for your business. Some read Metrc too.
  • Market and account questions read the Budtello market and your Budtello account.
  • Not on Dutchie? The market and account questions work once your Budtello account is verified with your Metrc key and you have agreed to the Terms.
  • Your AI reads each save back to you, and saves it only after you say yes.
