Add Budtello to your AI app

Budtello plugs into the AI app you already use. Once it is added, you ask in plain words (“What is low in stock at the Portland store?”) and the answer comes from your own Budtello data. You sign in with your Budtello account — no key or code to paste.

What you can ask

Dispensary chains: stock and sales at each of your stores
Dispensary chains: the flower you need to reorder, found on the Budtello market
Farms and wholesalers: your stock and your listings
Farms and wholesalers: buyer requests and showings
Buyers: search the market and compare lots
Buyers: check an asking price against the market

Before you start

A Claude account. Any plan works; the free plan allows one custom connector.
Your Budtello sign-in.
A computer browser at claude.ai, or the Claude desktop app.

Steps

In Claude, open Customize. Click Connectors.
You should see: A list of connectors.
Click +. Click Add custom connector.
You should see: A form with Name and URL.
Type Budtello in Name. Paste the address from the top of this page in URL.
Click Add. Then click Connect.
You should see: A Budtello sign-in window.
Sign in with your Budtello account. Click Allow.
You should see: The window closes. Budtello shows as connected.
Start a new chat.
Ask: “What can I ask Budtello?”
You should see: A list of questions about your own Budtello data: your stores, your lots or the market.

Watch: adding a custom connector in Claude

If it does not work

What you see	What to do
No Add custom connector button.	On a Team or Enterprise plan, only an owner can add it: Organization settings → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. You then find it under Customize → Connectors and click Connect.
Budtello is connected but does not answer.	In the chat, click +, then Connectors, and turn Budtello on.
“Your account is in two chains.”	Email info@budtello.com. We fix it on our side.
The app cannot reach Budtello.	Remove Budtello. Add it again with the address above. Start a new chat.
Anything else.	Email info@budtello.com. A person answers.
