Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel anytime. Cancel via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• No partial-period refunds. We don’t refund the remainder of a month or year already started — except that yearly plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days of the yearly term, on request.
• Free trial. The 30-day free trial needs no payment card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
• Billing errors. If we billed you incorrectly, email info@budtello.com and we will correct it promptly.
